-The company was awarded with second best exporter award for thermoware.

-Further the company was awarded with second best exporter award for houseware.

2004

-Since 1999 to 2004 continuously the company was awarded with second best exporter award.

2006

-The company had received second best exporter award in 2005 and in 2006.

-Registered office of the company was shifted to 102, Thosar House, Hanuman Cross Road No. 1, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai - 400057.

2007

-Recovery of an amount of Rs. 473.51 Lakhs which was receivable from customers and which was outstanding for a period of more than one year with no movement during the year was doubtful. No provision was made for the same in the accounts.
