Our Company was originally formed and registered as a Limited Liability Partnership under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (“LLP Act”) in the name and style of “TNA Solutions LLP” vide certificate of incorporation dated September 17, 2021, issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, bearing LLPIN AAY-6498. Subsequently, “TNA Solutions LLP” was converted from a Limited Liability Partnership to Public Limited Company under Part I Chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013, with the name and style of “TNA Solutions Limited” in pursuance of a resolution passed by the Partners of TNA Solutions LLP at their Meeting held on March 22, 2024 and the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated June 23, 2024, bearing CIN U46410MP2024PLC071835.

- Our manufacturing facility expanded from 26,000 sq ft to 56,000 sq ft, enhancing our production and operational capacity.

- Company got certification from global compliance bodies such as SCAN, GOTS, SEDEX-SMETA, BCI, OEKO TEX to enable reach in multiple new countries.
