Incorporated on 27th March, 1992 as private limited company (Rachana Fin-consult Private Limited), converted in to a Public Limited Company on 23rd March, 1995 and the name was changed to Rachana Capital & Securities Limited.

The Company is based at Gujarat mainly Vadodara and Ahmedabad providing financial services.

The main object of the company is to provide financial services and currently company is engaged in providing Secured as well unsecured Loan including debt restructuring plus investment and allied services.
