The Peria Karamalai Tea & Produce Company Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The company was incorporated in 1913. Its factories are located at Naumalai, Vellamalai, Karamalai and Akkamaloi.

Its' main objects include the cultivation of Tea & Cardamon.
Sri Vithoba, Investments Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Tea made by the company is mostly sold in auctions and are exported by Merchant Shippers. The company is at present, exploring overseas markets.

The company has completed the modernisation of its' three factories at Nadu Malai, Vellamalai and Karamalai. The fourth factory has been taken up for complete remodelling & modernisation during the current financial year 1991-92 as mentioned in the Directors' Report dated 13th August, 1991.

-The Company appointed Smt. Alka Bangur as Managing Director.

2014

-The Company has recommended a dividend at 15%, i.e. Re.1.50/- per share for the year ended 31st March 2014
