Our Company was originally incorporated as “Technocrat Plasma Systems Private Limited” as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 01, 1994 from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. Later, the name of the Company was changed from “Technocrat Plasma Systems Private Limited” to “Technocrats Plasma Systems Private Limited” pursuant to a resolution passed in the vide Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on dated June 24, 2021 and fresh certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on September 16, 2021. Further, pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in the Annual General Meeting dated September 25, 2025, the Company has converted from private limited to public limited vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on October 29, 2025. Consequently, the name of Company changed from “Technocrats Plasma Systems Private Limited” to “Technocrats Plasma Systems Limited”. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 23, 2026, the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of our Company was altered. Consequent thereto, the Central Processing Centre issued a Certificate of Registration of the Special Resolution confirming the alteration of the Object Clause(s), dated June 1, 2026. The Corporate Identification Number (CIN) of our Company is U28299MH1994PLC082603.

- Incorporation of the Company

1996

- Indigenously Designed, Developed and Began Supply of Inverter Based TIG Welding Systems & Air Plasma Cutting Machine for Indian Market

2001

- First foray of Technocrats into Development for Cutting Automation. Developed and Supplied multiple Tracer based Cutting Systems in Single Order

2003

- Secured a Marquee customer through successful supply of AIR PLASMA Cutting Machine

2005

- Developed Successful supplied the Gas Plasma cutting machine (Model KALI-500T) 100 mm to Defense Industry

2007

- Began Export of Plasma Cutting Machines to Oman

2008

- Marked a significant milestone with the acquisition of our Developed the first CNC plate-cutting machine and successful supply to first major client and the successful supply of the first CNC platecutting machine

- Relocated operations to a company-owned premises comprising approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and 8,000 sq. ft. of engineering office area.

2009

- Developed & Successfully supplied CNC Pipe Profile Cutting Machine

2013

- Supplied TIG Welding machines

2014

- For the first time, Technocrats developed, and supplied a 5-Axis Plate Bevelling and Cutting CNC Machine

- Added Nigeria to the list of Countries for Export of Machines

- Exported Welding Machines i.e., Model Solaris 4004 to Kuwait for the 1st time.

2015

- Export of 1st Welding Automation System for Transformer Welding to Uganda

- Start Export Machines to Bhutan

2017

- Commence Export of Semi- Automatic Cutting Machines i.e. Portable Profile cutting machine & Gas Cutting Nozzles to Greece

2024

- Start Export of multiple systems at Cameroon

2025

- Entered into Technology Transfer Agreement with AIC RRCAT PI-HUB Foundation at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), Indore, a premier Government establishment for Fiber Laser for material processing application.

- Entered into Technology Transfer Agreement (TTA) with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Mumbai for manufacturing of Air Plasma Incinerators.

- Achieved turnover of Rs. 49.35 crores

- Converted into a Public Limited Company
