Tamilnadu Steel Tubes, a registered partnership firm was registered under part IX of the Companies Act, 1956 and obtained a certificate of incorporation with No.7887 of 79 ib 13.07.79. All assets movable and immovable and rights, quotas, licenses, debts and all liabilities of the parties in the said Partnership became vested in Tamilnadu Steel Tubes Private Limited, as on the date of incorporation of the aforesaid Private Company. The company became deemed Public Limited Company under provision of section 43A of the Companies Act,1956 with effect from 01.04.1982. The company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 15th October, 1986.
