The Company was originally incorporated on October 08, 2010 as “Synergy Green Industries Private Limited” vide CIN U27100PN2010PTC137493 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Pune. Further, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from “Synergy Green Industries Private Limited” to “Synergy Green Industries Limited” vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 12, 2018 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 16, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune.

2010

- Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of “Synergy Green Industries Private Limited”

2018

- Management System is Certified as ISO 9001:2015 from TUV NORD

- Converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 16, 2018.

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:10 at a premium of Rs. 315 per share.
