JYOTI COSMETICS (EXIM) LIMITED was incorporated as a public limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on November 10, 1994 and received certificate of commencement of business on November 14, 1994. The proposed activities of the Company are to set up facilities for manufacture of tooth paste, Liquid Cream Dendricial Shampoo, General Shampoo, Sun-screen Lotion, Almond Lotion, All Purpose Cream, Anti-Perspirant, Talc Powder with an aggregate installed capacity of 2,67,800 M.T. per annum at its plant located at Survey No : 873, Village Santej, Taluka : Kalol, Dist. : Mehsanan at Gujarat.
As the company has not started any activities since incorporation, the financial figures for the period since incorporation have not been furnished.
2002-The Board of Directors of Jyoti Cosmetics Exim Ltd at its board meeting held on August 9, 2002 has approved the subdivision of equity shares of Rs 10 each paid up into Re 1 paid up.

- Jyoti Cosmetics Exim Ltd has appointed Mr. Deenkar Shreemali as Director of the Company with immediate effect.
