The Company was incorporated on 22nd July 1985 as a Private
Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 and obtained
a certificate of Incorporation with Company No.18-12047.The
Company was later converted into a Public Limited Company on
7th May 1992. The company has obtained classification under
Non-Banking Financial Company (Reserve Bank) Direction,
1977 from the Reserve Bank Of India, Department of
Financial Company, Regional office, Bangalore vide their
letter DFC(BG) NO.5870/BG/(TNOHP(M)-16/86-87 Dated 20th May
1987 as a "Hire Purchase Finance Company". The present
activities of the Company is Hire Purchase & Leasing and
the Company has been concentrating mainly on Hire Purchase
and Leasing since its inception. 

2015
-MS Investments has Listing of equity shares of M.S. Investments Ltd
- The company has changed its name from MS Investments Ltd. to Srestha Finvest Ltd.

2018
-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:10.

2024
-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 2 in the ratio of 12:29 at par.
