The history and lineage traces back to Ms. Sonali Nilesh Kocharekar and Ms. Smita Shashikant Shah, both avid health aware foodies, who savored nutritious snacks in the compact form of Nutri -Bars and healthy Indian trail mixes. They created a line of nutritious bars and snacks that are made out of various nuts, seeds, flours, healthy oil and various spices under the brand name of ÂAppetite Food a Partnership firm, in the year 2020. The Company acquired the running business of the partnership firm, M/s. Appetite Food through Business Transfer Agreement dated May 15, 2022. the Company has absorbed the business line & distribution network of Appetite Food. Since, Appetite Food has already been in active business for approximately for three years, it provides an ideal platform for the Company to grow/ expand its business in the region. We have over the years leveraged the understanding of the target markets and consumer segments, product innovation capabilities, extensive distribution network, strategically located manufacturing facilities, and have focused the marketing and promotional activities to strengthen the product and presence across India.

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 3:2 at a premium of Rs. 44.6 per share.
-The company has entered into a Memorandum of Undertaking (MOU) dated December 08, 2025 with Holkar Somnath Milk & Agro Products Pvt.Ltd.
