Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name of ÂSona Machinery Private Limited on February 12, 2019 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Subsequently, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting, held on September 21, 2023, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from ÂSona Machinery Private Limited to ÂSona Machinery Limited vide a fresh certificate of incorporation Consequent upon conversion to public company dated October 17, 2023, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and bearing CIN U29256DL2019PLC345856.
