Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name of “Denn Audio Private Limited” on November 09, 2012 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 bearing Corporate Identification Number U52100WB2012PTC188130 issued by Registrar of Companies – Kolkata, West Bengal. Subsequently, the name of our company was changed to “Sollfege Electronics Private Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name dated January 06, 2023 bearing Corporate Identification Number U52100WB2012PTC188130 issued by Registrar of Companies – Kolkata, West Bengal. Subsequently, our company was converted into Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013 and the name of our Company was changed to “Sollfege Electronics Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated November 20, 2024 bearing Corporate Identification Number U52100WB2012PLC188130 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Further the name of our company was changed to “Sollfege Smart Electronics Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name dated November 24, 2025 bearing Corporate Identification Number U52100WB2012PLC188130 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
