Shreeji Analytical Lab Limited (SALL) was incorporated as a private limited co. on 25th Oct. 1989 and was subsequently converted into a public limited company vide Special Resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meating held on 18th Feb. 1994 and obtained fresh certificate of incorporation from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at
Bombay on 20th May, 1993 under the Companies Act, 1956. Since incorporation, the company has been rendering consultancy services.

The names of some of its clients are:
(i) Western India Oil Distributon Co. Ltd.
(ii) Koosali India.

MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY
The main objects as set out in the Memorandum of Association of the Company are:
To carry on business of onshore/offshore insepction in Non-Destructive Testing, (Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle, Inspection, Eddy Current Testing, Dye Penetrant Testing, Radiography), Physical Testing (i.e. Tensils Strength, Hard Testing, Impact Testing, Elorgasion) third
party inspecti on (i.e. to witness the inspection to check up weather the inspection is carred out as per the code called for) Chemical Analysis (i.e. to find out percentage of alloging elements in metals) and metallography (i.e. finding out details of grain structure of metals).

To give consultancy in Non-Destructive Testing and allied metallurgical field (i.e. suggesting method to be followed, equipments to be used, acceptance criteria, training personnel) (i.e. and suggesting proper metallurgical method to be used, heat treatment to be followed inspection and quality assurance programming.

BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY
The company at present is engaged in setting up of a computerised testing laboratory project at Bhayandar, Bombay 401 101, which will provide almost all types of analytical testing services.

SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY
The Company has no subsidiaries.
