The Company was incorporated as a Private Company under the name Skypak Couriers Private Limited on 31st March, 1982. The Company became a deemed public company pursuant to with section 43 A of the Act, with effect from 11th January, 1991 and subsequently the company is converted into public company vide special resolution passed on 1st June, 1992 and a fresh certificate was obtained from R.O.C. on 30-11-1992. The company is presently engaged in the business of carriage and delivery of goods, articles and papers, business documents and sample goods etc. of commercial importance. This business is generally known as 'Courier Business'.
The company is one of the pioneers of courier business in India and has achieved a phenomenal growth over a period of 9 years. With 157 branches and offices in India, the Company has the largest network in the country.
The Company is promoted by Mr. Dilip Kulkarni, Mrs. Devika Kulkarni, Mr. Dinesh Arya and Mr. Hemant Arya.

2003

-Skypak Service Specialists Ltd has informed that the shareholders of the company at their AGM held on December 24, 2003 have approved de-listing of shares from Delhi and Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges.
