1983 - The company was incorporated on 14th October, at Maharashtra and
obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 21st
May, 1984. The main objects of the company is Trading in
fabrics.

1989 - 700 No. of equity shares of Rs. 10 each subscribed for by
signatories to the Memorandum of Association. 2,39,300 No. of
equity shares issued at par of which 95,300 shares were reserved
and allotted to promoters, directors etc. The remaining 1,44,000
shares were offered for public subscription during August 1984.

2011
