Further, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on September 25, 2023 and by our Shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 25, 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘SJP Ultrasonics Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 16, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. The corporate identification number of our Company is U29253MH2012PLC226489.
