YEAR EVENTS
1983 - The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on
29th August, as Prashant Food Products & Holding Limited under
the Companies Act, 1956 it obtained the Certificate for
Commencement of Business on 23rd September.

1995 - The Company name was changed to Prashant Global Finance Limited
and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on
13th January.

1996 - The Company came out with a public issue of 23,00,000 No. of
Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.20/- per share
aggregating Rs.690.00 Lacs in February.

1999 - The Company maintained a Cordial relationship with the employees
which resulted in smooth flow of business operations during the
period under review.

2000

- The Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has issued a winding up showcause notice to sick industrial company Silicon Valley Technology (India) Ltd.

2001

-Registered Office of the company is located at 10, Princep Street, 2nd Floor, Kolkata - 700072.

2003

-Approved the delisting of its shares from Delhi, Ahmedabad and Jaipur Stock Exchanges

2004

-Approves the appointment of Mr. Arihant Jain as a Managing Director in place of Mr. Santosh Kumar Jain. Board has also accepted the resignation of Mr. Pramod Kumar Jain and Mr. Surendra Kumar Jain, Directors of the Company.

-Silicon Valley Infotech Ltd. has informed that the BoDs in their meeting held on January 15, 2004, have approved the appointment of Mr. Arihant Jain as a Managing Director in place of Mr. Santosh Kumar Jain. Mr. Santosh Kumar Jain will continue as a director of the Company and the Board has also accepted the resignation of Mr. Pramod Kumar Jain and Mr. Surendra Kumar Jain, Directors of the Company.

2005
- Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1.

2007

-Silicon Valley Infotech Ltd has appointed Mr. Taposh Kumar Mullick and Mr. Hari Ram Agarwal as Additional Directors of the Company w.e.f. June 26, 2007.

2009

- Silicon Valley Infotech Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on March 07, 2009 have approved the appointment of Mr. Ramen Chatterjee as a Director of the Company.
