Geekay Finance & Leasing Company Ltd was incorporated on 12th March, 1993 with the main objects of carrying and undertaking the business of finance, investment and trading: hire purchase, leasing, subscribing shares and debenture stock deposits and Bonds of other Companies.
The Company has started investing in shares and debentures of other companies in a big way and the prices of its investments have already appreciated to a great extent.

The promoters have an existing firm in the name of India Castings which manufactures C.I. Castings, diesel engines and generators and which have great demand all over India.

Geekay Finance & Leasing Company Ltd will be doing leasing and hire purchase of mainly diesel engines and generators. Besides this it will be doing business of finance, leasing, hire purchase, merchant banking activities on behalf of the clients. Promoters have good contacts in industrial, financial and banking section and therefore procurement
of business will not be a problem.

2004

-Delist from the Delhi Stock Exchange (DSE) with effect from September 2, 2004

2009
-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1

2010

-Company has changed its name from Geekay Finance & Leasing Company Ltd. to Sigrun Holdings Ltd.

2012

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to Shop No. 5, Meridian Apartments, Veera Desai Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai - 40058.

2013

-Mr. Rohit Muslonkar has been appointed as a Additional Director of the company.

2014

-Ms. Muninder Kundan has been appointed as a Additional Director of the company.
