Our Company was originally incorporated as Private Limited, under the Companies Act, 1956 (“Companies Act”) in the name and style of “Shree Marutinandan Tubes Private Limited” on March 12th, 2013 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Later on, company was converted into public limited company, the name of the Company has changed to “Shree Marutinandan Tubes Limited” and for the same fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 22nd, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

-Incorporation of our company viz. “Shree Marutinandan Tubes Private Limited”.

-Conversion of our company’s status from Private Limited to Limited Company.

2025

-Shree Marutinandan Tubes secures Rs 1.18 crore fire safety project in Gujarat.
