Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to Siddarth Businesses Limited vide the fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 16, 1992 issued by the Registrar of the Companies National Capital territory of Delhi. The name of our Company was further changed to ÂIndo Kush Foods LimitedÂ
pursuant to a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 2, 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital territory of Delhi. Name of Our Company was again changed to Siddarth Businesses Limited pursuant to the fresh certificate of incorporation issued on March 2, 2012 by the Registrar of the Companies National Capital territory of Delhi.
