Our Company was incorporated as ÂBigfoot Retail Solutions Private Limited at New Delhi, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 28, 2011, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. The name of our Company was changed to ÂShiprocket Private Limited pursuant to a ShareholderÂs resolution dated June 12, 2024, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 19, 2024 was issued by the the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited company and the name of our Company was changed to ÂShiprocket Limited pursuant to a ShareholderÂs resolution dated January 18, 2025 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 18, 2025 was issued by the RoC.
