Our Company was incorporated as ÂH. K. Gold Private LimitedÂ, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 11, 2005 issued by the RoC. The name of our Company was changed to ÂShankesh Jewellers Private Limited pursuant to a special resolution passed by Shareholders of our Company at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on June 16, 2006, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 09, 2006 was issued by the RoC. Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by Shareholders of our Company at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on April 10, 2025 under the name and style of ÂShankesh Jewellers LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 23, 2025 was issued by the RoC.
