Scope Industries (India) Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 19th November, 1983 and was mainly trading in marble and granite tiles. It installed two edge cutting machines and one hand polishing machine for facilitating supply of materials to the customers requirements. On 7th May, 1991 the company was converted into a Public Limited Company in terms of special resolution dt. 1.03.91 passed u/s 31(1)/44 of the Companies Act, 1956 to set up a 100% EOU for the manufacture of polished granite slabs. The company commenced commercial production in January, 1994 and has been exporting slabs within first four months of
commencement of operations.

2010
-Company has changed its name from Jain Marble Udhyog Ltd. to Scope Industries (India) Ltd.

2012
- Scope Industries (India) Ltd has allotted 9,00,000 Equity Shares on exercising of 900000 option out of 3000000 option under SCOPE - ESOS 2011.

2013
-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To Door No. 8-2-293/82/L/280/A, Flat No. 101, Raj Residency, Plot No. 280 Road No. 12, Banajara Hills, Hyderabad-34.
