Our Company was incorporated as ÂScoda Tubes LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act,1956 vide Certificate of incorporation dated November 10, 2008, and Certificate of Commencement of Business dated November 12, 2008, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

2013

Â Received approvals from key-state owned fertilizer companies i.e. Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (GNFC), Indian Farmers Fertilizers Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) Kandla and Kalol Unit

Â Received registration from Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO) for supply of products.

Â Entered in Petroleum sector after receiving approval from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for supply of products.

2014

Â Received approval from Engineers India Limited (EIL) for supply of products.

2016

Â Change in Management and our Promoters Samarth Patel, Jagrutkumar Patel, Ravi Patel, Saurabh Patel became the Directors of our Company

2017

Â Supplied product to Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.

Â Received approval from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Hyderabad for supply of products.

2018

Â Entered power sector after supplying products to Triveni Turbine.

Â Entered Mining & Engineering sector after receiving approval from Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) for supply of products.

Â Received approval from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) Bhopal and Jhansi for supply of products.

2019

Â Received trademark certificate for ÂScoda Tubes LimitedÂ thereby creating a brand.

2022

Â Entered in chemical & pharmaceutical sector after supplying products to Laxmi organics.

Â Supplied products to government railway companies such as Banaras Locomotive Work, Rail Coach Factory, Western Railway and Central Railway.

2023

Â Supplied Products to National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Bilaspur.

Â Supplied products to government railway companies such as Modern Coach Factory and Chittaranjan Locomotive Work.

Â Received certificate for implementing Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

Â Received certificate for implementing Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001:2015

Â Received certificate for implementing Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018

2024

Â Supplied products to government railway companies such as Eastern and North Eastern Railway
