SBEC Systems (I) Limited is being promoted jointly by U K Modi, an industrialist of our country, and SBEC Systems Limited, U.K. the foreign collaborator of the company which is headed by Norland Suzor.

2008

-SBEC Systems India Ltd has appointed Mr. Shiv Shanker Agarwal as Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from January 22, 2008.
