Satguru Agro Industries Limited is promoted by Shrigopal Khetan, Vijay Khetan and Kamal Khetan. The company , was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on November 15, 1991 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 27th November, 1991. The company proposes to set up solvent extraction plant and vegetable oil refinery for manufacture of 7,200 tpa of refined edible oil 52,500 tpa of de-oiled cakes and 300 tpa of scrap stock as by product at MIDC Industrial Area, Chincholi, Dist, Sholapur, Maharashtra.
The Company at present does not have any subsidiaries.
The company is promoted by Shri Shrigopal Khetan, vijay Khetan and Kamal Khetan.
Shrigopal Khetan, a matriculate, started his career in the Textile Industry as a partner in Krishnamumar and Company and Anand silk Mills where he gained varied experience of running an Industrial Unit for a decade. Thereafter with his administrative skill he promoted Satguru Construction Co. Pvt Limited, vinayak Land Developers Private Limited and vinayak Construction Company and executed various commercial, industrial and residential projects.
