- The company has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 (15%) per equity share.

- The Company has been developing a Mall Project at P.O. Ramdaspura, Jalandhar. The Structural work of which is near completion. The Company alongwith M/s. EMAAR MGF Land Limited has inked an Agreement with M/s. Shalimar Corp Limited to carry on the further development work of the Project.

Sarup Industries Limited has re-launched 'Lotus Bawa Leather Shoes . In First Phase it has been Launched in Andhra Pradesh.
