1. INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF PART II OF SCHEDULE VI OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 1956 (VIDE NOTIFICATION DATED 30TH OCTOBER 1973 OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA)

The companies in the business of trading of Chemicals and Nutritional Foods, the matter relating to opening balance, consumption of the raw material & its closing stock are not applicable.

2. LICENSED AND INSTALLED CAPACITY (PER ANNUM)

As the company is not in the process of manufacturing activities, this matter is not applicable.

3. Previous years figures have been regrouped / rearranged wherever necessary to confirm to the current year classification.

1. Loans and advances - Rs. 6,30,34,590/-includes: -

(a) Loans to companies amounting to Rs. 6.09.24.590/- (maximum amount due during the YearRs. 15,55.40,060/-.

(b) Loan to a party for the purchases of land Rs. 1,58,21,500/-.

(c) Loans to others 21.10,000/-

All the above loan amounts have been given for the business purpose/outstanding for business transaction only, and hence they are non-bearing interest. The repayment schedules have not been fixed up & they all are subject to balance confirmations. In the opinion of management they are good of recovery.
