The Company was incorporated as KAASHYAP FQUNDATIONS LIMITED on 27TH January 1995 under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company obtained the certificate of commencement of business on 8th March 1995.

2005

-SAAG RR Infra secures order from BEML, Mysore

-Company has changed its name from RR. Greenhands Infrastructure (India) Ltd. to SAAG RR Infra Ltd.

2006

-SAAG RR Infra secures order from NIRPH & Toyo Engineering

2007

- SAAG RR Infra Ltd has informed that Mr. CA V Sivakumar has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company with effect from July 30, 2007.

- SAAG RR Infra Ltd has informed that Mr. G V Satish Narayana has been appointed as the Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from September 27, 2007.

2008

-SAAG RR Infra Ltd has secured an order worth Rs 7.5 crores from CAIRN ENERGY INDIA PTY LTD (CEIL).

2009

- SAAG RR Infra Ltd has informed that Encik' Makhtar Bin Mohamed has been appointed on the Board of the Company as Additional Director with effect from April 28, 2009.
