The Company has its existence in E-Commerce Industry through its division ‘VTO’. The Company has also diversified its business into Bollywood Industry through its division ‘Bollywood Central Online’, ‘Moviegear’, & ‘Hexacan’.

1999

-The Company Public Issue of 7,50,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 75.00 Lacs.

2000

-The Central government has awarded the first infrastructure provider licence in the internet space to Skumars.com.

2007

-Shri. O P Pacheria has been appointed as a Whole Tine Director of the company.
