Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂPropel Developers Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated February 17, 2016, issued by the RoC. The name of our Company was changed from ÂPropel Developers Private Limited to ÂRunwal Apartments Private Limited pursuant to a resolution of our Shareholders dated December 24, 2020 and a certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name under the Companies Act, 2013 was issued by the RoC on January 13, 2021. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed from ÂRunwal Apartments Private Limited to ÂRunwal Enterprises Private Limited pursuant to a resolution of our Shareholders dated December 23, 2023 and a certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name under the Companies Act, 2013 was issued by the RoC on January 24, 2024. Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private company to a public company, pursuant to a resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of our Shareholders held on September 3, 2024, following which the name of our Company was changed to ÂRunwal Enterprises Limited and a certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the RoC on October 4, 2024.

2024
- Change in name of our Company from ÂRunwal Apartments Private Limited to ÂRunwal Enterprises Private Limited pursuant to a certificate change of name dated January 24, 2024.
- Conversion of our Company into a public limited company, under the name ÂRunwal Enterprises LimitedÂ.
2025
- Our Company entered into a strategic partnership with Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co. Ltd, Japan for development of grade A commercial space in Kurla.
2026
- Nexus Select Trust for development of an integrated shopping mall-cum-multiplex situated at Village Gharivali, Taluka Kalyan, District Thane.
