Further, the Company changed its name pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 28, 2017 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'Rithwik Facility Management Services Private LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, Chennai on August 18, 2017. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on September 01, 2017 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'Rithwik Facility Management Services LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, Chennai on September 15, 2017. the Corporate
