The Company was originally incorporated on December 28, 1995 as “Ridings Consulting Engineers India Private Limited” vide Registration no. 55-75005 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T of Delhi and Haryana. Further, the Company changed its name by deleting “India” word from Company’s name consequently name of company was changed from “Ridings Consulting Engineers India Private Limited” to “Ridings Consulting Engineers Private Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 09, 2009 issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana. Furthermore, the Company has changed its name by adding “India” word in Company’s name & consequently name of company was changed from “Ridings Consulting Engineers Private Limited” to “Ridings Consulting Engineers India Private Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 22, 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana. Further, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from “Ridings Consulting Engineers India Private Limited” to “Ridings Consulting Engineers India Limited” vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 14, 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 24, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
