Rencal Chemicals (India) Ltd., was incorporated as a private limited company on 28th November, 1986 by a group of technocrats having wide experience in the field of Chemicals and Engineers. The company commenced commercial production in May 1988. Over the next three years the company overcame all teething troubles and stabilised its manufacturing operation. With a view to ensure further growth and profitability of the company, the Directors of company decided to convert it into a Public Limited Company on 21st January, 1992.

The company manufactures a range of phosphorus based speciality chemicals Viz. Organo Phosphonates (H.E.D.P) Acetyl Chloride and Phosphorus Acid. These products find wide application in diverse fields such as Water Treatment Chemicals, Textiles, Soaps, Sugar, Oil Drilling, Fertiliser, Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, Dyes, Perfumery and PVC Stabilizers.

Mr. R.D. Pade is the Chief Promoter of the Company.
