The Company was incorporated as Bhartia Bachat Limited on 5th April, 1982 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the State of West Bengal & obtained its certificate of Commencement for Business pursuant to the Companies Act, 1956 from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal vide certificate dated 14th May, 1982.

The Company is having CIN No.: L51109WB1982PLC034759 & Registration No. 034759 of 1982.

The company was formed with an object to carry on the business of investment in shares & securities.

The Company was incorporated as on 14th May, 1982 and since from incorporation working as NBFC company and mainly deals in investment in shares & securities.

M/s. Frisky Tracom Private Limited and M/s. Prerana Vinimoy Private Limited merged with Bhartia Bachat Limited in the year 2006-07.



2022 
-Company name has changed to Regis Industries Ltd. from Bhartia Bachat Ltd.
