2012
- Amalgamation of Swift IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd (Transferor Company) and Crescent Digital Technologies Ltd (Transferor Company) with Parag Shilpa Investments Ltd. (Transferee Company).

2013
-Appointed Mr. Kashi Prasad Bajaj as the Independent Director of the Company.

2014

-Appointed Mr. Johar Pal Singh as Executive Director and Chairman as Whole time Key Managerial Personnel KMP of the Company.
-PS IT Infrastructure & Services has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to 1/-
-Company has changed its name from Parag Shilpa Investments Ltd to PS IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd.

2015

-PS IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd registered office of the Company is shifted from Flat No.02, Ground Floor, Land Mark CHS, Dawood Baug, Cross Lane No.01, Off.J.P. Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai- 400058 to Office no. 612, 6th floor, Shivai Plaza, Near Marol Industrial Co-Op Society, Marol, Andheri (East) Mumbai- 400 059 with effect from January 12, 2015.
