Prozone Realty Ltd (Formerly Prozone Intu Properties Ltd) has been set up to create,
develop and manage world-class regional shopping centres and associated
mixed-use developments pan-India.

Prozone Realty has 15.32 mn sq. ft. of fully paid-up land banks in prime locations
with around 2.4 mn sq. ft. developed till date and more than 13.19 mn sq. ft. being
developed in.


2012

-Company has changed its name from Castle Mall Ltd. to Prozone Capital Shopping
Centres Ltd.

2014

-Company has changed its name from Prozone Capital shopping Centres Limited to
Prozone Intu Properties Limited with effect from July 24, 2014.

-The company symbol has been changed from PROZONECSC to PROZONINTU w.e.f. October 07, 2014.


2021

- Approval of Scheme of Amalgamation between two Subsidiary companies i.e., Royal Mall Private Limited ("Transferor Company") with Prozone Developers & Realtors Private Limited, ("Transferee Company")

2023

-Company name has changed to Prozone Realty Ltd. from Prozone Intu Properties Ltd..
