The Property Share Investment Trust was settled on June 27, 2024, at Bangalore, Karnataka, India as contributory, determinateand irrevocable trust under the provisions of the Trust Actpursuant to a trust deed dated June 27, 2024, amended on July 19, 2024 and February 21, 2025. The Property Share Investment Trust was registered with SEBI on August 5, 2024 as a small and mediumÂ realÂ estateÂ investmentÂ trustÂ underÂ RegulationÂ 26L(1)Â ofÂ the REITÂ RegulationsÂ havingÂ registrationÂ numberÂ IN/SM-REIT/24-25/0001

TheÂ PropertyÂ ShareÂ InvestmentÂ TrustÂ hasÂ beenÂ settledÂ byÂ theÂ InvestmentÂ ManagerÂ forÂ anÂ aggregateÂ initial corpusof ?0.02 million. The second scheme of the Trust i.e. PropShare Titania has also been settled by the Investment Manager.

PropShareÂ InvestmentÂ ManagerÂ PrivateÂ LimitedÂ hasÂ beenÂ appointedÂ asÂ theÂ InvestmentÂ ManagerÂ toÂ theÂ PropertyÂ Share InvestmentÂ Trust.Â TheÂ InvestmentÂ ManagerÂ hasÂ beenÂ constitutedÂ inÂ accordanceÂ withÂ theÂ REITÂ Regulations.Â AxisÂ Trustee Services Limited has been appointed as the Trustee to the Property Share Investment Trust.

Pursuant to the PropShare Titania, the Project Titania are proposed to be held through the Titania SPV, in accordance with the REIT Regulations.
