Prithvi Information Solutions Limited incorporated as Prithvi
Information Solutions Private Limited on July 24, 1998 under
the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office in Flat No. 5,
Jamuna Apartments, Somajiguda, Hyderabad- 500 083 Hyderabad,
Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, the Company converted into
Public Limited Company on April 10, 2000 vide certificate of
Incorporation dated April 27, 2000 issued by Registrar of
Companies, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

Prithvi started its business in 1998 with outsourcing contracts for
offshore software development and has, over the years, evolved into
an outsourcing service provider with a number of services that meet
most of its client’s outsourcing needs. Prithvi is now a global provider
of customized solutions and software services to clients in USA. It was
promoted in 1998 by Ms. V. Madhavi (based in Pittsburgh) and
Mr. V. Satish Kumar (based in India). Prithvi provides software solutions
across a host of technologies and platforms.

2006

-The Company recommended Dividend of 10% percent in addition to the 15% interim dividend already paid.

2007

-The Company recommended a final dividend of 10%.

-Ranked 17th among "Top 20" Software and Services Exporters in India, 2006-2007 by NASSCOM

2008

-Prithvi Information enters Indian Telecom with Rs 300 Crore BSNL Order.

-The Company has recently bagged an order worth Rs 12 crore from Huwei Technologies Ltd and BSNL (Karnataka and Gujarat) for rendering Telecom Engineering Services which includes RF engineering, project management, planning, optimization and deployment.

-The Company has recommended dividend of 30% for the year.

2009

-Ranked 12th among "Top 20" Software and Services Exporters in India, 2008-2009 by NASSCOM

2010

-The Registered Office of the Company has been changed from 10Q3-A1, Cyber Towers, Hitec City, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500 081 to Prithvi House, No.2-56/2/19, Near Thanda, Khanamet, HITEC City, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500 081.

-The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Satish Kumar Vuppalapati as a Managing Director of the Company.

-The Company got An ISO 9001:2008 certified company.
