The Company has been promoted by the promoter of Sintex Industries Ltd., formerly known as The Bharat Vijay Mills Ltd, which is one of the leading integrated textile mill inthe country. Moreover, its plastic division is acknowledged as the leader and foremost innovator in
Plastic products having to its credit World renowned Plastic Tanks and other products all sold under the brand name - SINTEX.

The Company was incorporated on 28/04/94 as PRISM FINANCE LTD. and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad. The Company obtained the Certificate of commencement of business on 02/05/94 from ROC, Gujarat. The Regd. Office of the Company is at 1-2, 2nd Floor,
Fountain Place, Nr. Mithakhali Six Roads, Ahmedabad.

The Company shall be offering a wide spectru of financial services, which will include both fund based and non-fund based activities comprisin Leasing, Hire purchase, Bills Discounting, Inter Corporate funds Placement, Investments, Merchant Banking activities including Issue management and Underwriting, Loan Syndication, Tie-up of NRI investments, Project Identification, Project Report Prepration and
Investment Consultancy.

PRESENT BUSINESS

The Company has already recruited 8 professional for starting up its activities specified above. The Company shall be taking up these activities full fledged after the raising of funds in the resent public issue. The Company shall be investing in various kinds of securities. The Company shall be following prudent investment policies as
detailed under the head B Business Plan.
