Functioning from its owned premises in JVPD Scheme, Mumbai, Prime Property started its
real estate activity in the year 2002, with the launch of its “Prime Avenue” project at S. V. Road,
Vile Parle (W), having two towers 'A' & 'B'. In a short span since then, the Company has made
a name for itself as a quality developer of real estate, having constructed such other landmark
projects as “Prime Plaza”, “Prime Centre” and “Prime Beach”. All these projects are located on prime land, are luxurious residential apartments and large commercial units like Show Rooms,Shops and Offices.

2005

-Acquisition of new property


2006
-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5

2007

-Board recommends dividend of 25%.

2008

-Prime Property Development Corporation Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2008, Shri. Alok Chowdhury, CEO of the Company has been appointed as Whole time Director of the Company with effect from January 01, 2008 on the terms and conditions as decided by the Board of Directors.


2009

- Prime Property Development Corporation Ltd has appointed Mr. I G Shah as Additional Director in the Board Meeting held on January 22, 2009.

2010

-Sea-King Club Pvt. Ltd. has become wholly owned subsidiary Company of Prime Property Development Corporation Ltd.


2012

-Board recommends Dividend of 10%.

2013

-The Company has recommended dividend of 20% on the equity shares of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2012-2013
