Prime proteins Limited (PPL) was incorporated on 19th october, 1992 as a
public limited company and obtained the certificate of commencement of business on 1.12.92 from Registrar of companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh & Chandigarh at Jalandhar.

The promoters to the proposed project are R K Singhania, Madhav Lal
Goyal & Harjeet Singh Arora.The company is setting up a plant to manufacture of vanaspati ghee at a capacity of 50 TPD at village gobindgarh, tehsil Abohar, dist. Ferozpur in the state of Punjab.

2014

-Company has shifted its Registered Office from present location at Abohar (Punjab) to its Head office at Ludhiana (Punjab).Now the Current Registered office of the Company is at Master Chambers, 19, Feroze Gandhi Market, Ludhiana-141001.

2019
-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 5/-.
