Our Company was originally incorporated as a public company in name of ÂPrima Innovation LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation dated June 20, 2024 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. The National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad bench, vide its order dated March 16, 2026 has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Prima Plastics Limited and our Company in accordance with Sections 230 to 232 read with Section 52 and 66 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

- Incorporation of Company

- Demerger, transfer and vesting of the Demerged Undertaking from Prima Plastics Limited into the Company on a going concern basis pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement.
