The company was incorporated as Panchratna Safe Vaults Private Limited on 13th April, 1988 with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Prerna Safe Vaults Private Limited on 01.10.92 and it was converted in to Public Limited Company with effect from 22/03/1995. The name of the company was
again changed from Prerna Safe Vaults Ltd to Prerna Finsafe Limited on 22/03/1995 and Registrar of Companies, Gujarat has issued a fresh certificate of Registration on 17.04.1995 in consequence to change of name.

The Company is in the business of letting Safe Deposit Vaults to its customers since its inception. At present the Company has 1098 Safe Deposit Vaults of different sizes installed at the basement of Doctors House situated near Parimal Railway crossing, C.G.Road Ahmedabad -380 006 and have nearly 650 Vault holders. The Company is also active
in Investment business in primary as well as Secondary Market.

SUBSIDIARY

Prerna Exports Private Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat State on 29.11.1993. The Company has not started any business activities till this date.


2007

-Company name has been changed from Prerna Finsafe Ltd to Prerna Infrabuild Ltd.

-Increase in the Authorised Capital of the Company from Rs 6,50,00,000 divided into 65,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 7,00,00,000 divided into 70,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each

2011

-Prerna Infrabuild has recommended a Dividend @ Rs. 0.70 (7%) per Equity Share.

2016
- The registered office of the Company has been changed as under Old Address: 6th Floor, Doctor House, C G Road, Ahmedabad - 380006 New Address: ‘PRERNA’, Survey No. 820/1, In Lane of Panchvati Auto, Opp. Ananddham Derasar, S.G. Road, Ahmedabad-380058.

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 2:1 at a premium of Rs. 10 per share.
