PRAVEEN PROPERTIES LIMITED was incorporated as a Public Limited
Company on 28.11.1994 and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 14.12.1994.

Praveen Properties Limited is promoted by Mr. B Gnanasekaran, Mrs Vittobal and Mrs Girija Sekeran who are engaged in the business of construction of residential complexes. The promoters are well experienced in the construction line for over a decade and have promoted
constructions worth over Rs.301.00 lacs through various group organisations in which they are partners or proprietors.

The basic philosophy of the promoters is to carry out large scale construction which would lead to economies of scale as well as provided a distinctive environment with self-sufficient basic amenities. Towards this purpose, the intention is to construct dwelling houses to suit people of
all walks of life.
