Our Company was originally incorporated on September 12, 2000 under the name ÂPramodini Medicare Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Subsequently, the status of our Company was changed to public limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to ÂPramodini Medicare Limited vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on October 30, 2025. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on November 12, 2025 by the Centralised Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U85110AP2000PLC035231.

2015
- Dr. Kuldeep Kumar Chalasani and Dr. Chalasani Kavitha were appointed as Directors on the Board of the Company and Installation of 128 slice CT scan at Vijayawada- Andhra Pradesh.
2017
- Entered in Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for 4 centres in Andhra Pradesh.
2021
- Entered in Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Vista Imaging & Medical Centre Private Limited to incorporate Vista Pramodini Medicare Private Limited. Also entered in Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for 3 centres in Uttar Pradesh.
2023
- Entered in Memorandum of Understanding for 2 centres in Karnataka.
2024
- Re-entered in Memorandum of Understanding for 3 centres in Uttar Pradesh and 1 centre in Kerala.
2025
- Entered in Memorandum of Understanding for 1 centre in West Bengal, 1 centre in Karnataka and 1 centre in Harayana and NCR Delhi each.
