Polygenta Technologies Ltd. వార్షిక వృద్ధి వివరాలు ఆధారంగా కంపెనీ చరిత్ర

The Company was promoted by Shri Santosh Kumar Maskara and Shri Bimal Kumar Maskara as a Private Limited Company on 6th October, 1981 in the name of Maskara Polytex (P) Ltd., to carry on the manufacturing of Polyester Texturised Twisted yarn at MIDC, Murbad in District Thane in the state of Maharashtra. The company was converted into a Public
Limited Company by passing Special Resolution on 27th August, 1994 and consequently renamed as Maskara Polytex limited and received certificate of change of name from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Bombay dated 30th September 1994.

The company has been instrumental in the transfer of technology and sale of equipment to Baroda Rayon Corporation ltd. and Essar Gujarat Ltd. among others and earned valuable foreign exchange as commission for services rendered by representing Samsung Corporation, South Korea as their agent for turnkey projects.

In the year 1988, the company set up a texturising and twisting Unit at Murbad. The installed capacity for texturised yarn was 180 M.T. p.a. and 144 M.T. p.a. for twisted yarn.

For optimum utilisation of the infrastructure, the company installed one SDS-700 machine with 216 spindles in the year 1991-92, and the capacity increased from 180 M.T. p.a. to 880 M.T. p.a. The new machine has been running on job work basis for Reliance Industries Ltd.

In view of the changing market conditions the company now proposes to install one more SDS-700 texturising machine with 216 spindles with roto attachment and market the entire production. The company also proposes to install D.G. set of 500 KVA to obtain maximum production.

2007

- Mr. Vinit Kumar Baid & Mr. Amit Manilal Haria has been appointed as Independent Directors of the Company.

2011
-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To B-302, Dipti Classic Premises, Suren Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai: 400093.

2013

-Polygenta Technologies won Gold trophy for the best practices in health and safety at the ‘12th Annual Greentech Safety Award 2013’.The award was organized by Greentech Foundation.

2014

- The address of the registered office of the Company is changed with effect from August 01, 2014. The new address is Polygenta Technologies Ltd. Solitaire Corporate Park Bldg. No.1, 6th Floor, Unit No.2, Andheri-Ghatkopar Link Road, Chakala, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400093.
