1982 - Pix Transmissions Ltd was established at Nagpur in India.

2004 - Pix Transmissions Ltd ranked 973rd in the BS 1000 listing of top Indian companies in terms of sales in 2002-2003.

2005 - Board of directors of the company had authorized the board to offer, issue and allot redeemable cumulative preference shares of Rs 100 each of an aggregate nominal amount to extend of 4,50,00,000 to be subscribed by any person or persons, whether or not shareholders of the company.

2007

-Board of directors of the company had approved to issue 20 lakh warrants at the rate determined by board of directors as per guideline of SEBI to promoters.

2008

- PIXs entire range of Hydraulic & Spiral Hoses certified by the DNV (Det Norske Veritas) of Norway.

2009

-The Company has recently been awarded Niryat Shree Award.

-PIX Bags AIRIA's Highest Export Award.

2010

-The Company has successfully developed Super High Pressure up to 6 ply spiral hoses with a maximum diameter of 4" to meet requirements of mining, oil and gas sectors.

-Pix Transmissions has completed two projects involving a capital expenditure of about $19 million.

2011
