Marudhupandi Finance Limited, a Non-Banking Finance company was incorporated on the 1st August 1989 as a Private Limited Company and subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on 4th May 1992 and commenced its operations with a view to provide financial services to the corporate sector and business community. Presently the Company is engaged in financial services activities such as Hire-Purchase, Leasing and Bill discounting.

The Company at present is carrying on the business of the Hire Purchase and Leasing of Plant and Machinery, Vehicles, Consumer durables and Bills Discounting.

The Company is promoted by Shri. N.Kulasekara Pandiyan, Smt. K.Tamil Selvi and associates.

The Company does not have any subsidiary as on date.

-Company name has been changed from Marudhupandi Finance Ltd. to Star Age Infotech Ltd.

2008
- Once again Company name changed from Star Age Infotech Ltd. to Four K Animation Ltd.
