Our Company was originally incorporated and registered as a private limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 under the name and style of ÂPhytochem Remedies (India) Private Limited vide certificate of incorporation dated November 27, 2002 bearing registration number 017943 and bearing Corporate Identity Number U24233RJ2002PTC017943, issued by the Registrar of Companies. Further, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board at a board meeting held on April 07, 2025 and a special resolution passed by our shareholders at an extra-ordinary general meeting held on April 10, 2025, our Company was converted into a public limited company. Consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂPhytochem Remedies (India) Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 23, 2025 bearing Corporate Identity Number U17014RJ2002PLC017943 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
